እነዚህ የአጠቃቀም ውል የሚተዳደሩት አገልግሎቱ በተስተናገደበት የስልጣን ህግ ነው። ከእነዚህ የአጠቃቀም ውል ጋር በተያያዘ የሚነሳ ማንኛውም አለመግባባት አገልግሎቱ በተስተናገደበት ችሎት ውስጥ በሚገኙ ፍርድ ቤቶች ውሳኔ ይሰጣል። 

ከእነዚህ የአጠቃቀም ውሎች ውስጥ የትኛውም ክፍል ልክ ያልሆነ ወይም የማይተገበር ሆኖ ከተገኘ ያ ክፍል ከቀሪው የአጠቃቀም ውል ይቋረጣል፣ ይህም ሙሉ በሙሉ ተፈፃሚ ሆኖ ይቆያል። 

በማንኛውም ጊዜ አገልግሎቱን ወይም የትኛውንም ክፍል በማስታወቂያም ሆነ ያለማሳወቂያ የመቀየር ወይም የማቋረጥ መብታችን የተጠበቀ ነው። ይህን መብት ከተጠቀምን በአንተም ሆነ በሶስተኛ ወገን ተጠያቂ አንሆንም።

በአገልግሎት ውል ላይ የተደረጉ ለውጦችን ጨምሮ በኢሜል፣ በመደበኛ ፖስታ ወይም በአገልግሎቱ ላይ የሚለጠፉ ማስታወቂያዎችን ጨምሮ ማሳወቂያዎችን ልንሰጥዎ እንችላለን።
